Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer requests and enquiries on Aveda haircare products.
- Recommend suitable haircare products based on customers’ individual hair concerns, needs, and preferences through product knowledge sharing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of the work area.
- Assist in retail operations, including stock take and inventory management.
- Participate in new product launches, promotional activities, and related brand events.
Requirements
- Relevant retail experience in haircare, beauty, or cosmetics.
- Passionate about haircare and beauty, with a strong interest in providing personalised product recommendations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation.
- Willingness to commit to retail operational hours.
- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance.
