Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented Lobby Greeter (Daily Worker) to be the first point of contact for our guests. The role is responsible for welcoming guests, providing assistance in the lobby, and creating a warm and positive first impression while supporting the Front Office and Guest Relations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Assist guests with basic inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Offer assistance with directions, transportation, restaurants, and other guest needs.
Assist guests with luggage and coordinate with the Bell/Concierge team when required.
Escort guests to the Front Desk, restaurants, meeting rooms, or other hotel facilities when necessary.
Identify and provide personalized assistance to VIP guests and special-request guests.
Monitor the lobby area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and special events when required.
Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, Bell Service, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
Respond to guest questions and requests promptly and courteously.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Support the hotel team during busy periods and special events.
Follow hotel service standards, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Hospitality, Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, or similar positions is preferred.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good command of English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Flexible and reliable to work on a Daily Worker basis.
