Job Description
The Service Account Coordinator will serve as an important point of contact between clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and committed to providing excellent service.
You will assist with account coordination, service requests, documentation, scheduling, follow-ups, and day-to-day client communication while helping ensure that projects and service needs are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned client accounts.
Serve as a professional point of contact for client questions and service requests.
Assist with scheduling, service coordination, and account follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client records, account information, and documentation.
Track open requests and ensure timely communication throughout the service process.
Work closely with internal departments to resolve client needs efficiently.
Help identify account priorities and communicate important updates to the appropriate teams.
Support the preparation of reports, account summaries, and service documentation.
Monitor deadlines, appointments, and outstanding account tasks.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
Assist with resolving account concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
Contribute to improving internal processes and the overall client experience.
