About the role (What you'll be doing)
You will build and scale Juniper's ambassador program, taking the success we've had with partnerships like Liesel Jones and turning it into a repeatable, scalable engine. Reporting to the Head of Editorial, your mission is to identify, recruit, and nurture authentic partnerships with ambassadors who can deliver reach, credibility, trust, and relatability for our brand—while building an aspirational brand that women genuinely want to engage with.
You aren't here to chase follower counts or manage transactional influencer deals. Your role is to build a strategic ambassador ecosystem that creates genuine connections with our audience and produces high-performing content that works both organically and in paid media. Every ambassador you bring on should elevate our brand, making women think, "I want to be part of what they're part of."

We'll also expect you to:
- Scale What's Working: Take the learnings from successful partnerships like Liesel Jones and codify them into a repeatable playbook. Identify what made those partnerships work—authenticity, content quality, audience fit—and replicate it across a broader roster.
- Build the Ambassador Strategy & Infrastructure: Develop the frameworks for identifying, vetting, onboarding, and activating partners who authentically align with our mission to be the most supportive partner in women's health. Create processes that allow us to manage multiple ambassadors simultaneously without losing quality.
- Recruit & Manage a Diverse Ambassador Roster: Source ambassadors across different platforms, audience sizes, and demographics. Balance macro reach with micro relatability. Build relationships that go beyond one-off posts to create ongoing, authentic partnerships.
- Drive Multi-Platform Content Creation: Brief ambassadors to create content that performs organically on their channels while also being optimised for use in our paid media. Ensure content feels native to each platform—Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts—while maintaining Juniper's brand integrity and aspirational positioning.
- Optimise for Dual Use: Work closely with the Performance and Creative teams to ensure ambassador content can seamlessly transition from organic posts to high-performing ads. You'll need to understand what makes content work in both contexts and brief accordingly.
- Measure Impact & Scale What Works: Track performance across reach, engagement, credibility metrics, and paid media ROI. Use data to refine the ambassador mix and double down on what's driving real business outcomes.
- Manage Partnerships & Agreements: Work with ambassadors to structure partnerships that work for everyone—clear on deliverables, usage, and expectations while building fair, long-term relationships that feel collaborative rather than purely commercial.
- Champion Authenticity & Trust: Ensure every partnership feels genuine. In women's health, trust is everything—your ambassadors need to believe in what they're promoting, and audiences need to believe them.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Creative, Performance, Social, and PR teams to integrate ambassador content into broader campaigns and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
About you (Who you are)
- Experienced Partnership Builder: Strong experience in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, talent management, or creator partnerships. You've built programs from scratch or scaled them significantly.
- Brand-Builder at Heart: You understand the power of association. You know how to select ambassadors who don't just drive reach, but elevate brand perception and make people aspire to be part of the community.
- Relationship-Driven: You know how to identify authentic voices and build genuine, long-term partnerships. You're not just transactional—you invest in relationships that deliver mutual value.
- Platform-Native: You understand the nuances of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You know what content works organically versus what performs in ads, and how to brief for both.
- Performance-Minded: You can balance brand-building with performance. You understand metrics like CPM, engagement rate, conversion attribution, and can use data to optimise the program.
- Commercially Thoughtful: You're comfortable managing partnership agreements and budgets, ensuring mutual value while maintaining positive, collaborative relationships.
- Systems Thinker: You can take what works in one partnership and turn it into a scalable process. You've built playbooks, onboarding workflows, and measurement frameworks before.
- Empathetic & Culturally Aware: You understand that Juniper operates in a sensitive category. You can identify ambassadors who will handle women's health topics with care, authenticity, and relatability.
- Scrappy & Entrepreneurial: You thrive in building something new. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can move fast, and don't need a playbook handed to you—though you're great at creating them for others.
- Collaborative: You work well cross-functionally and can translate ambassador opportunities into actionable briefs for Creative, Performance, Social, and PR teams.
