As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering revenue growth in line with the company's strategic objectives. What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close commercial agreements.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide forecasts and market intelligence to leadership team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
Who We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles within ocean transport logistics, supply chain and/or forwarding sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Professional fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
