- The Manager - Digital Operations is responsible for overseeing reconciliation, settlement, chargeback, dispute management, and digital payment operations to ensure zero financial losses and minimal operational errors.
- The role ensures timely settlement processing, customer grievance redressal, compliance with regulatory requirements, implementation of operational changes, MIS and regulatory reporting, vendor governance, and continuous improvement through automation and process enhancements.
- The incumbent also manages merchant settlements, interchange claims, vendor performance, and adherence to RBI outsourcing guidelines.
