About the Job:
Value Creation advisor to advise our most strategic customers on the value of Fortinet Solutions. This leader will develop a new consultative approach to support strategic customers on their transformation journey and unlock value from their programs. This is a pivotal role at Fortinet that is at the cutting edge of strategy and innovation to drive sustainable business growth.
The Value Creation Advisor is responsible for developing new consultative approaches to advise customers on their Fortinet transformations and accelerate their ability to deliver financial and operational benefits. This individual will work closely with Client Executives and leaders to articulate Fortinet strategies, create business cases, and architect solutions to achieve desired strategic objectives. This advisor will influence and shape customers’ transformation journeys, enabling them to deliver superior experiences to their customers This is done by co-creating compelling customer cases – from building a vision of running the business in new ways, to demonstrating the value of it.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling business cases
- Lead discovery workshops with customer leadership teams to understand challenges
- Create financial models
- Create collateral to support decision making efforts, multi year offerings, business case development
- Become a trusted advisor to both the customer and sales teams
- Develop intellectual capital that can be leveraged into marketing and sales materials
- Proactively communicates with internal and external stakeholders
- Recognizes the service and change management needs associated with a client-focused business model
Must have:
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong acumen for delivering strategic customer engagement
- Experience complex financial and operational data analysis
- Experience in developing and delivering executive style presentations
- Proven ability to influence, drive accountability and build consensus with all team members and customers to ensure operational excellence and quality of deliverables
- Knowledge of business-related IT challenges and solutions including cybersecurity, networking and services.
- Executive presence while collaborating with and successfully influencing the C-suite to act
- Strong verbal and written communication of qualitative and quantitative business cases
