The HR Technology Analyst supports HR systems and technology to ensure data integrity, efficient processes, and an effective user experience. This role maintains and enhances HRIS tools through configuration, testing, reporting, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing system development. The analyst partners with HR Operations, Payroll/Finance, Benefits, Compensation, and IT to resolve system issues and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Responsibilities include developing reports and queries, conducting data audits, maintaining documentation, supporting regulatory compliance, monitoring HRIS support requests, and training users. The role also supports strategic HR technology projects, including system implementations, acquisitions, integrations, and global reporting initiatives.
