As the Safety Manager, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment across Nokia's manufacturing & repair operations. You will partner closely with operations teams to implement and execute security, health, and safety standards, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements. By leveraging continuous improvement methodologies, you will lead initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate security, physical, and workplace risks, fostering a culture of safety, security, and well-being for employees, contractors, and visitors.
The Safety Manager is responsible for leading Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) operations at the Nokia Repair Factory in Gurgaon. This role ensures a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace by driving risk management initiatives, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement programs, while fostering a strong culture of safety and well-being.
