As Sales Manager Industrial for Iberia, you will be implementing plans, promoting the product portfolio, delivering on the set objectives, and maintaining the desired perceptions across Iberia

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the sales deployment directions provided by the Cluster Manager are reflected in the staffing of the sales company
• Prepare a sales and margin budget, expense budget, or forecast
• Ensure the accurate price list and pricing procedures are implemented
• Recruit, mentor, and coordinate the Sales team, while closely collaborating with the Sales Support Manager
• Build and implement an action-based local Marketing and Sales Plan
• Conduct joint customer visits with the team members, to ensure good relationships with customers and supervise the field sales staff's performance
• Lead wholesalers relationships, in regards to agreements, bonuses, rebates, data management, etc

YOU HAVE:

• Ideally a background in electrical engineering or industrial automation
• Previous experience in industrial sales, mainly in the low-voltage sector, locally & international (preferred).
• Experience in leading teams, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.
• Proven ability to work in an international context.
• Great negotiating skills, used in collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and tact both internally and externally in a selling environment..
• You are an initiator, strongly oriented towards growth and business drive!

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of total target cash pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Total target cash is comprised of an employee’s base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved.  

Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. 

If annual sales performance exceeds annual sales goals, the total target cash received may exceed the pay scale maximum reflected below.
