Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of strategic Human Resources Administrative and Back-Office Transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation and evolution of technology capabilities that simplify HR operations, improve employee and administrator experiences, and increase process efficiency.

The role is accountable for translating HR transformation objectives into executable technology delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex technical dependencies, and ensuring successful deployment of scalable solutions across HR administrative processes.

Working closely with HR, Enterprise Architecture, SAP, Data, Automation, Product and external implementation partners, the Technical Delivery Lead ensures that transformation initiatives are delivered with strong execution discipline, while maximizing automation, standardization, process efficiency and business value.

Your Impact

As Tech Bus Engagement Manager your scope would consist of …

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of strategic HR Administrative and Back-Office Transformation programs, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with HR and business objectives.
Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams across SAP, RPA, Integration, Data, Application Development, Infrastructure, Security and HR to execute complex transformation initiatives.
Translate HR business and operational requirements into executable technical delivery plans, ensuring alignment between business processes, functional design, solution architecture and implementation.
Lead the modernization and digitalization of HR back-office processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate administrative activities.
Partner with HR leadership, HR Operations, Process Owners, Enterprise Architecture and Technology Product Teams to define priorities and deliver scalable HR capabilities.
Drive the implementation of SAP-enabled HR processes, coordinating functional and technical teams across relevant SAP platforms and integrations.
Lead the identification and delivery of RPA and automation opportunities, focusing on high-volume, repetitive and transactional HR processes.
Manage technical dependencies across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and driving decisions required to maintain program momentum.
Lead release planning, testing coordination, deployment readiness, cutover and hypercare activities for major HR technology implementations.
Establish and monitor delivery KPIs covering milestones, adoption, automation, operational efficiency, financial performance and business value realization.
Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices, leveraging Agile methodologies, automation, reusable technology components and data-driven performance management.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Proven experience leading large-scale HR, Back-Office or Shared Services transformation initiatives.
Experience transforming administrative and transactional processes in complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of HR operational processes and the challenges associated with standardization, process harmonization and automation.
Experience working with global or regional HR organizations and highly matrixed operating models.
SAP
Strong experience delivering technology initiatives involving SAP, preferably within HR or enterprise back-office environments.
Ability to work effectively with SAP functional and technical teams, System Integrators and business process owners.
Understanding of automation technologies, including:
- Robotic Process Automation
- Workflow Automation
- Business Process Automation
- API-based Automation
- Intelligent Document Processing
- AI-enabled Automation
Ability to identify processes suitable for automation and translate opportunities into scalable technology solutions.
Proven experience managing large, complex technology transformation programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Experience managing implementation partners, System Integrators and external vendors.
Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience managing project budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
Strong experience coordinating global and cross-functional teams.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
