Function in the Job
Sedentary Work- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Job Function
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Daily preparation of Customer Invoices, Job Costing and Inventory updates
- Verify Accuracy of transactions and data input
- Preparing Weekly & Monthly Reports
- Maintaining job costing records
- Researching and Resolving discrepancies
- Performing task by corporate policy and accounting principals
- Provide Assistance to the Accounting Team with weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end close
- Assist with Annual Physical Inventory
- Departmental assistance with routine and special projects as needed to meet corporate deadlines
Required Skills
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent of 3 years accounting experience
- Competency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to work independently and as a TEAM
- Excellent Oral & written Communication Skills
- Time Management Skills
- Ability to stay on task to meet deadlines
- Adaptable to changing work duties
- Courteous and Professional
- Keep Confidential records confidential
