About the role:

Are you an effective salesperson who enjoys daily interactions with an established client base? TD SYNNEX is looking for an Inside Account Representative who can deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners. In the Inside Account Representative role, you work with specific, identified accounts. Position owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability. Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues. What you'll do:

• Owns the daily relationship with assigned customers and serves as the primary point of contact to support sales activities and drive business growth within the territory.
• Manages revenue and profitability objectives for assigned accounts by identifying opportunities to expand existing business and increase customer engagement.
• Works closely with customers to understand business needs, recommend appropriate TD SYNNEX solutions, and support the full sales cycle.
• Collaborates with Field Sales teams to support proposals, customer presentations, business reviews, and strategic account initiatives.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across purchasing, sales, and operational functions.
• Identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts through customer interactions, account analysis, and ongoing business reviews.
• Maintains accurate customer account profiles, sales activities, and opportunity updates within CRM systems.
• Proactively identifies customer challenges, potential risks, and business opportunities, escalating and communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
• Partners with Vendor Management, Finance, Purchasing, and internal support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
• Ensures quotes, orders, and customer requests are processed accurately and within established service levels through close collaboration with Sales Support and Operations teams.
• Develops trusted customer relationships that support long-term business retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Effectively communicates TD SYNNEX's value proposition, strategic initiatives, and solution offerings to customers.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills to successfully manage multiple customer needs, opportunities, and sales-related activities.

What we're looking for:

• High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in cold calling, sales development, B2B-SMB, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience managing a high volume of daily customer interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to exceed goals.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Comfortable working in a metric-driven environment with activity and pipeline generation targets.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
