Position Responsibilities
- Provide insights to Uline leadership regarding legislative, regulatory, political and economic developments, identifying risks and evaluating their potential business impact.
- Prepare clear and concise written summaries, policy analyses and presentations, translating complex information into strategic business recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted resource on emerging public policy, industry and market trends, by conducting research and analyses to support decision-making.
- Lead and support strategic projects and company-wide initiatives, applying sound business judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, political affairs, business analysis or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex issues into clear, compelling recommendations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
