The Manager, Account will manage key accounts, build strong partner relationships, and drive business growth through industry-specific solutions and programs. The role will work closely with key decision-makers and internal teams to identify opportunities, deliver account initiatives, and provide a strong partner experience.
You will be responsible for the following:
Business Development:
- Develop and execute industry-specific strategies and solutions to drive business growth and strengthen partner relationships.
- Understand market trends, customer needs, and business processes to identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing account value.
- Build and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with key decision-makers.
- Provide relevant business and industry insights to support management decision-making.
Account Management:
- Manage key accounts and ensure timely delivery of projects, services, and commitments.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and business results.
- Address and resolve partner concerns and escalations promptly.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to resolve issues and deliver agreed commitments.
- Maintain timely and clear communication with partners.
Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through regular business reviews, engagement meetings, and executive touchpoints.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key accounts and support the broader Account Management team in managing partner relationships.
- Participate in relevant industry events and activities to strengthen partner engagement and stay updated on industry trends.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit complete and accurate reports within the required timelines.
- Track account performance and provide regular updates and insights to management.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or a related field, preferably managing key or enterprise accounts.
- Strong experience in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
- Good understanding of business operations, market trends, and commercial metrics.
- Strong account and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and internal support groups.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn business insights into actionable recommendations.
- Organized, proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
