The Cards Growth Marketing Manager will drive the growth and commercial performance of the GCash Cards portfolio by developing and executing strategies that increase Monthly Active Users (MAU), revenue, transaction frequency, and Average Transactions per User (ATPU). The role will own end-to-end business planning and commercialization, working closely with Product Management, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights into impactful growth initiatives.
The role will also oversee campaign execution, budget management, business performance, and post-launch optimization to ensure that Cards initiatives deliver against business objectives and provide a seamless customer experience.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Lead revenue and KPI planning, forecasting, and performance management for the GCash Cards business, with a focus on MAU, revenue, and Average Transactions per User (ATPU).
- Develop strategies and action plans to address performance gaps and ensure business targets are achieved across relevant customer segments.
- Partner closely with Product Management to align business forecasts and plans, and support product enhancements with effective go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications to develop campaigns that drive product awareness, education, conversion, and usage.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance together with Product Management and evaluate campaign performance with Marketing Communications to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Champion the customer by leveraging customer analytics and market research to develop a strong understanding of user profiles, behaviors, needs, drivers, barriers, and triggers.
- Translate consumer and market insights into actionable recommendations for communications, product development, and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Masterbrand and Segment Marketing teams to align Cards initiatives with GCash seasonal campaigns and customer segment programs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, B2B Growth Marketing, Finance, Digital Experience, Performance Marketing, Marketing Strategy & Insights, AdTech, and CRM, to ensure aligned execution against business KPIs.
- Build and manage business cases and marketing investments, ensuring budgets are strategically allocated to support business objectives and deliver against ROI and performance benchmarks.
- Monitor marketing spend and ensure timely budget utilization and accruals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize strategies, campaigns, processes, and overall business performance.
- Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring effective stakeholder management and timely execution from planning through implementation and post-launch optimization.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, product marketing, commercial marketing, or a related field, preferably within fintech, payments, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
- Experience in developing and executing business and marketing strategies focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and product adoption.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, market trends, and data-driven marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and consumer insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders across different functions.
- Experience in developing business cases, managing marketing budgets, and optimizing investments based on performance and ROI.
- Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives from strategy to implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, resilient, and execution-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect customer insights, product strategy, marketing initiatives, and commercial outcomes.
