Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive growth across the Dell portfolio, supporting customers and business opportunities across market segments in Ecuador.
The successful candidate will bring strong technology sales experience, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively across regions and teams. This role will collaborate closely with teams based in Panama and Miami, FL.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales and business growth across the Dell portfolio, supporting multiple customer segments throughout Ecuador.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify new sales opportunities and expand business.
- Promote Dell products, services, solutions, and new offerings aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity development.
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement and solution positioning through negotiation and close.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in Panama and Miami to coordinate sales activities and deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Monitor customer needs, market activity, and sales opportunities to help identify areas for growth.
- Apply sound judgment to resolve moderately complex customer and business challenges while working independently with general guidance.
- Utilize relevant sales tools, systems, and processes to manage opportunities, customer activity, and pipeline.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time to support customers, partners, and business needs.
What You Bring to the Role
- 5+ years of technology sales experience, ideally within IT products, solutions, or services.
- Previous Dell sales experience or strong knowledge of the Dell portfolio is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and manage a sales pipeline.
- Experience working across multiple markets, customer segments, or geographic regions is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment when addressing moderately complex business situations.
- Proficiency with standard sales tools, systems, and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50%.
