Location: Dubai / regional hub, covering the Middle East and North Africa

Portfolio: Blood Gas (ABL), Immunoassay (AQT), and Digital Solutions
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, EEMEA
Travel and field presence: Approximately 60–70% of working time with commercial teams, channel partners, and customers across MENA
Role Summary
As Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for Radiometer’s Blood Gas and Immunoassay portfolios across MENA, while developing opportunities for Digital Solutions.
You will act as the regional voice of the customer, connecting market needs with global product strategy and local commercial priorities. Combining strong product knowledge, market insight, and regular field engagement, you will help commercial teams and channel partners drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and increase adoption of Radiometer’s point-of-care testing (POCT) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy and Product Management
Own the regional portfolio strategy, forecasting, and marketing plans for Blood Gas and Immunoassay.
Serve as the regional product expert, with a strong understanding of product capabilities, clinical applications, and customer value.
Manage positioning, pricing input, launch planning, and product lifecycle activities in alignment with global and regional priorities.
Translate customer needs and technical capabilities into clear value propositions and differentiated commercial offers.
Develop practical marketing materials and commercial tools that help teams communicate the portfolio’s clinical, operational, and business value.
Market and Customer Insights
Lead the regional Voice of Customer process, gathering evidence to guide portfolio priorities and marketing decisions.
Assess market potential, customer needs, and competitive activity, translating findings into clear recommendations and action plans.
Analyze POCT workflows and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, integration, and use of Radiometer products.
Gather early tender intelligence and support customer engagement ahead of procurement cycles.
Identify priority customer segments and recommend where to focus investment and resources.
Channel Partner Development and Commercial Execution
Lead product-related channel partner development, including product training, commercial education, and sales enablement.
Build a clear development roadmap for each channel partner, identifying capability gaps, growth priorities, and required support.
Work with commercial teams and distributors to assess opportunities and build a healthy, qualified pipeline across MENA.
Execute regional marketing plans through targeted campaigns, workshops, events, and lead-generation activities.
Equip commercial teams and partners with competitive insights, value propositions, and tools to support customer discussions.
Follow up on identified opportunities with the commercial team to support conversion and market adoption.
Support strategic account engagement, including customer meetings, solution discussions, and local growth plans.
Develop education and adoption plans that help customers and partners use Radiometer POCT solutions confidently and effectively.
Digital Solutions
Identify and develop Digital Solutions opportunities across MENA, including 1st Automatic and third-party licensing opportunities.
Work with commercial teams and channel partners to communicate the value of Digital Solutions and support commercialization.
Promote solutions that strengthen customer integration, improve workflow adoption, and support long-term customer relationships.
Build a phased approach to expanding Digital Solutions across the region.
Field Engagement
Spend approximately 60–70% of working time in the field alongside commercial teams and channel partners.
Use customer visits to understand local needs, gather market intelligence, support opportunities, and deliver marketing activities.
Translate field insights into practical improvements to portfolio plans, partner development, and commercial execution.
Experience and Skills
At least five years of experience in a Product Manager role, with ownership of portfolio strategy, pricing, positioning, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
Direct experience in POCT or diagnostics is strongly preferred.
Proven experience working through distributors and channel partners, including training, capability development, and pipeline building.
Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the ability to engage credibly with laboratory directors, emergency department physicians, and clinical pathologists.
Experience conducting market assessments and turning findings into structured, actionable recommendations.
A track record of developing clear value propositions and delivering marketing activities that generate qualified leads.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into clear customer value.
Willingness to travel extensively and work closely with customers, commercial teams, and channel partners across MENA.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of MENA markets, particularly the GCC and Levant.
Arabic language skills.
Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization.
