Job Description

As part of the Program Management team, the Lead Functional Business Analyst guides the team in shaping and driving the development of a unified compliance workflow that consolidates anti–financial crime alert management into a streamlined, integrated process.

The role requires strong design‑thinking capabilities, including the ability to conceptualize the end‑state vision of the product and translate that vision into intuitive, efficient, and future‑ready workflow designs.

Experience in product design further enhances the ability to balance user experience, operational realities, and technological constraints when defining the target solution.

In addition, a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements—particularly those related to financial crime, AML, fraud, and sanctions—is essential to ensure that the workflow aligns with governance standards, audit expectations, and evolving regulatory mandates.
