Operational Compliance & Maintenance Strategy: Oversee the accuracy of preventative maintenance (PM) schedules, monitor overdue services, and manage Federal DOT reporting to ensure equipment safety and regulatory compliance.

Inventory & Financial Accountability: Direct the month-end fuel closing process, investigate physical versus book inventory discrepancies, and manage fluid monitoring systems (Fluid Secure) to maintain financial accuracy and resource efficiency.

Telematics & Dispatch Oversight: Manage the integration of real-time data from Coretex, WMC, and Equipment Maintenance System interfaces, monitoring usage metrics such as hours, mileage, and yardage while investigating technical discrepancies to optimize fleet performance.

Training & User Governance: Serve as the divisional subject matter expert by providing initial and refresher training for Equipment Maintenance System and Fluid Secure, managing system user access, and acting as the Certified Forklift Instructor to maintain high standards of personnel competency.
