A Transformation Consultant will help clients develop strategies, design how their organizations operate, and successfully implement and adopt change. The role brings together expertise across business transformation, operating model, process improvement, organizational change and adoption, and AI-enabled ways of working to translate strategy into practical, measurable business outcomes.
You will collaborate with Perficient and client teams to assess business challenges, design, and implement transformation solutions, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and measure outcomes and value. Depending on experience, you may also lead workstreams and teams, shape solutions and sales pursuits, mentor others, and contribute to practice development.
