Ready to build iconic brands and turn consumer insights into business growth?We are looking for an early-career marketer to join our Air Care & Home Storage Marketing team, working with iconic brands such as Glade® and Ziploc® across the Northern Cluster.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full marketing agenda — from consumer and market insights to brand strategy, innovation, communication, digital and commercial execution — while collaborating with local, regional and global teams. This is an opportunity to learn fast, take ownership and make a visible impact on brands used by millions of consumers
Responsibilities:
- Understand our markets and consumers: Analyze market, consumer and category information across the Northern Cluster to identify opportunities and help develop strategies that accelerate category and brand growth.
- Turn performance data into action: Track and analyze market share and sales performance across segments, countries and brands, translating results into insights and recommendations to help achieve business objectives.
- Stay ahead of the competitive landscape: Monitor competitors, category dynamics and emerging trends to identify opportunities and develop action plans that strengthen consumer preference for our brands.
- Help shape the Annual Marketing Plan: Support the development and execution of the Annual Marketing Plan for Air Care and Home Storage, connecting brand priorities with local market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Commercialization, Category Management or a related role, ideally within FMCG/CPG.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to confidently communicate and present in both languages.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience or demonstrated exposure to consumer marketing, digital, social media and/or e-commerce.
- Comfortable working with data and business performance metrics; Nielsen or similar market databases are a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and markets.
