Associate Director of Parent and Family Giving

Trinity College seeks a dynamic, relationship-driven Associate Director of Parent and Family Giving to help grow one of the College's most important philanthropic constituencies. Reporting to the Director of Parent and Family Giving, the Associate Director will cultivate, solicit, and steward parents and family members capable of making leadership and major gifts while helping execute a comprehensive engagement strategy for Trinity's parent community.
The Associate Director will manage a portfolio of approximately 125 parent prospects and work closely with colleagues across Advancement to strengthen parent participation and inspire philanthropic investment in Trinity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships with families and play a critical role in advancing the College's priorities. Trinity is a highly selective, independent, nonsectarian liberal arts institution located in the capital city of Hartford, Connecticut.
