Overview

We are looking for an Applied AI Strategist to bridge business challenges with innovative AI-powered solutions. This role combines strategic thinking, solution design, and client engagement to help organizations unlock value through Artificial Intelligence.

As a senior individual contributor, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Strategy, and Delivery teams to design scalable AI solutions, shape go-to-market approaches, and drive client adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into practical AI workflows and helping clients navigate their AI transformation journey.

Responsibilities

AI Solution Design

Design industry-specific AI solutions that address key client challenges and business objectives.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows leveraging platform capabilities, proprietary models, partner solutions, and custom developments.
Identify opportunities to create reusable, cross-industry solutions while balancing client-specific needs.

Strategic Consulting & Client Engagement

Assess and recommend the most effective path-to-solution, determining when to leverage existing capabilities versus developing bespoke approaches.
Lead discovery sessions and strategic workshops with clients and internal stakeholders.
Build compelling narratives, business cases, and solution recommendations that demonstrate the value of AI.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Strategy, and Delivery teams to scope, structure, and price AI initiatives.
Coordinate stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically feasible, commercially viable, and aligned with business objectives.
Support proposal development and new business opportunities.

Stakeholder Management & Storytelling

Present solution concepts, use cases, and live demonstrations to clients and executive stakeholders.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
Drive stakeholder alignment and secure buy-in throughout the solution lifecycle.

Product & Innovation Influence

Gather market, client, and delivery insights to influence product roadmaps and future AI capabilities.
Identify recurring client challenges and opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency across solutions.
Contribute to thought leadership, internal enablement programs, and AI best practices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
6-9 years of experience within marketing and media agencies, consulting firms, AdTech, MarTech, technology companies, or related industries.
Experience designing digital, technology, data, or AI-driven solutions for clients.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, marketing technology ecosystems, and AI applications.
Proven ability to analyze workflows, processes, and business challenges, translating them into strategic recommendations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Strong proficiency in creating presentations, analyses, and executive-level materials.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with excellent attention to detail.
Professional fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience in digital transformation, product strategy, or technology consulting.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM/CDP ecosystems, and customer experience technologies.
Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting proposal development and solution pricing.
