We are looking for a talented School to Work – Manufacturing (Housing Fabrication Welding and Machining) person to join our 2nd Shift team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fletcher, NC.

*This position will be on-site in Fletcher, NC.

This is an onsite role to assist the Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems plant Housing Fabrication Welding and Machining team with a variety of projects, including bracket welding housings, seam welding housings, and weld repair.

Quality Workmanship: Applying high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship ensures the quality and reliability of the work performed.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participating in continuous improvement activities and TPM teams helps improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow.
Ensure Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you help maintain a safe working environment.
Compliance and Reporting: Reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards ensures compliance with HSE standards and promotes a culture of safety.
