Job Summary
The Program Specialist II (Project Manager) is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing Smart Cities projects while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, stakeholder expectations, budget constraints, and project timelines. The role requires strong project management expertise, cross-functional coordination capabilities, and practical experience in delivering Smart Cities initiatives involving digital transformation, IoT, intelligent transportation systems, smart infrastructure, utilities, public services, and urban technology solutions.
The successful candidate will manage projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery, risk mitigation, resource optimization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
