As a Crater of our Conroe ISE team, you will play a vital part of the supply chain process – overseeing the efficient prepping and packaging of our products, implementing and sustaining effective processes and systems ensuring that targets within the warehouse and shipping are met. You will be a crucial collaborator to implementing and control efficiency, effective forward and reverse flow of goods between the point of origin and the point of consumption to meet both the business’ and customers’ requirements.
You will utilize your specific packaging experience to continually improve team performance and effectiveness. Supports daily crating and shipping operations by preparing, labeling, weighing, and documenting orders for dispatch, ensuring international crates meet IPPC standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, well-stocked work area. Works with other departments to resolve material or shipment issues, assists with warehouse duties, and helps train and mentor team members.
Must operate equipment safely, follow company policies, and work additional hours when needed.
