Background 

Save the Children Indonesia is seeking an experienced consultant to support the development and implementation of a donor conversion and reactivation strategy. The assignment aims to strengthen the journey from leads and existing supporters into active members of Komunitas Pahlawan Anak (KPA), while re-engaging inactive donors through effective multichannel engagement approaches. 

Objective 

The consultant will help design, test, and optimize donor conversion and reactivation approaches across multiple channels, ensuring sustainable growth in active KPA membership (monthly donor) and providing recommendations for long-term implementation. 

Scope of Work 

The consultant will be responsible for: 

• Developing leads conversion and reactivation strategies based on donor behavior, engagement data, and audience segmentation. 
• Designing and improving leads journeys that support the transition of prospects and existing supporters into active recurring donors. 
• Recommending effective use of communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, telemarketing, and other relevant donor engagement approaches. 
• Developing messaging, engagement frameworks, and conversion tactics to improve donor acquisition, retention, and reactivation performance. 
• Supporting pilot implementation, monitoring results, and identifying opportunities for optimization. 
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and practical performance monitoring mechanisms. 
• Documenting recommendations, processes, and best practices to support integration into ongoing business operations. 

Expected Deliverables 

• A leads conversion and reactivation strategy. 
• Audience segmentation and leads journey recommendations. 
• Multichannel engagement framework and communication approach. 
• Conversion and reactivation pilot recommendations and performance insights. 
• KPI and performance tracking framework. 
• Final playbook, implementation guidelines, and recommendations for future scaling. 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications 

• Proven experience in leads conversion, donor lifecycle management, customer journey development, fundraising, CRM marketing, loyalty programs, or customer retention. 
• Strong understanding of multichannel engagement strategies, including digital and direct marketing channels. 
• Experience analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations. 
• Familiarity with monthly membership, subscription, or recurring revenue models is highly desirable. 
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations, fundraising teams, or customer engagement programs is an advantage. 

Expected Outcome 

By the end of the assignment, Save the Children Indonesia will have a practical and scalable donor conversion and reactivation framework that supports the growth of active KPA membership and strengthens long-term donor engagement.
