Position Summary: Hoffman Specialty Contracting is seeking a Quality Field Engineer. This individual will be an integral member of the on-site Quality Department, providing essential support throughout the lifecycle of a hyper-scaled data center construction project.

Reporting to the Hoffman Specialty Contracting Quality Manager, the role will work closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day site activities, verify compliance with contract documents, and uphold safety, quality standards, and design intent. The Quality Field Engineer supports project quality efforts through inspections, documentation, testing coordination, issue resolution, and field verification of work across multiple scopes in a complex mission-critical environment.

The position requires experience inspecting, coordinating, or supervising structural, CSA, and MEP activities with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively resolve coordination issues in the field.
