As Manna grows across the United States, we’re looking for a Consumer Growth Manager to turn the excitement around drone delivery into more orders, more often.

The opportunity
Reporting to Manna’s Head of Consumer Growth, you’ll own the day-to-day consumer growth engine in Tulsa and help build the playbook for our US expansion.
Your headline KPI is consumer order volume. You’ll work across customer acquisition, promotions, CRM and repeat ordering to turn local interest into sustained demand. You’ll have room to test ideas, learn quickly and see the direct impact of your work: customers discovering Manna, placing their first order and making drone delivery part of their routine.
This is a hands-on role with real scope. You’ll lead local campaigns and growth activity, work closely with teams across Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing, and share what you learn so successful approaches can travel to new markets.
What you’ll do
- Own consumer order growth in Tulsa, with clear accountability for increasing order volume.
- Put the US consumer growth strategy into action, partnering with the Head of Consumer Growth on priorities and learning from activity across Manna’s markets.
- Run and improve the Tulsa growth playbook across customer acquisition, local promotions, CRM and repeat orders.
- Build customer frequency and retention across the Manna app and aggregator partners.
- Plan and deliver local campaigns, launches and activations that turn awareness of drone delivery into orders.
- Use push notifications, email and SMS to engage customers and encourage them to order again.
- Test offers, messages, channels and local initiatives; use performance data to understand what works and scale it.
- Partner with our Senior Commercial Development Associate on vendor promotions and joint consumer campaigns, bringing the growth and customer perspective.
- Work with Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing to identify and remove barriers to growth.
- Track customer behaviour, conversion, campaign performance and promotional economics, and use those insights to guide decisions.
- Share Tulsa learnings and help turn effective activity into a repeatable playbook for new US markets.
- Manage growth budgets thoughtfully, balancing order growth with commercial and unit-economic impact.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years plus experience delivering B2C growth in a high-growth start-up or scale-up, ideally in food delivery, marketplaces, mobility, quick commerce or another location-based consumer business.
- A track record of improving customer acquisition, order frequency or retention through campaigns, CRM, promotions or local activity.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear decisions and practical next steps.
- A hands-on approach: you’re comfortable setting a direction, getting into the detail and delivering the work yourself.
- Experience testing growth initiatives and turning successful experiments into repeatable activity.
- Commercial judgement, including an understanding of budgets, promotion performance and unit economics.
- The confidence to work across Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing and keep activity moving.
- Comfort with ambitious targets, changing priorities and building as you go.
- Proficent using AI tools to work efficiently and make better-informed decisions.

In your first 90 days
- Build a clear view of Tulsa’s customers, order patterns and growth opportunities.
- Take ownership of local promotions, CRM activity and campaign delivery.
- Establish a focused testing plan, with clear measures for order volume and repeat behaviour.
- Deliver early improvements in promotional performance and repeat orders.
- Build strong working relationships with the teams that shape the customer experience.
In your first year
- Deliver measurable growth in Tulsa consumer order volume.
- Improve repeat order frequency and customer retention.
- Establish a Tulsa growth playbook that can be adapted for new US markets.
- Build a strong cycle of testing, measurement and investment in the activity that works.
