Job Description
Universal Competencies

Technical Competencies
- Basic understanding of web-based systems.

- Understanding of Dealer Management Systems.

o Ford Warranty Claims and Procedures.
o Motor vehicle technical knowledge.

- Ability to suggest actions in the best in the best interest of all stake holders.
- Ability to influence, be persuasive and positive.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent required. Some college coursework desired.
- OEM Warranty Certification (Desirable)
- Appropriate certification indicating computer literacy in MS Office suite.
- 1 - 3 years experience in Automotive Warranty Claims
- Previous ESP or Warranty claims program knowledge is desired
