Senior Quality Assurance Manager (all genders)

ABOUT YOU · Mid-Senior Level

SCAYLE is one of the fastest-growing enterprise commerce platforms in the world, enabling brands and retailers to realize their D2C ambitions. SCAYLE stands for innovation, international collaboration, and a strong focus on data. We believe that stepping outside of our comfort zone and making bold decisions is key to growing both professionally and personally. Instead of seeing problems as obstacles, we approach them as opportunities to find better solutions. We work in an environment that encourages flexibility, creativity, and continuous development. What drives us is the shared motivation to make an impact and actively shape the future of eCommerce.
At SCAYE, our in-house "agency" team is where our headless B2B SaaS platform comes to life. We work directly with global brands like Levi's, Manchester United, Harrods, and Fielmann - adapting and launching our tech to fit their unique setups.
What keeps work here so engaging is the variety. You'll partner with high-profile names across totally different industries, taking on fresh challenges and unique technical requirements with every project. If you thrive on momentum, distinct projects, and building real-world solutions alongside major brands, you’ll love it here!
We’re currently looking for a skilled & passionate Senior Quality Assurance Manager (all genders) to join our QA Team.

Perform high-quality manual testing across multiple client e-commerce web projects (mobile, tablet and desktop), covering the complete customer journey from discovery to checkout
Collaborate closely with frontend developers and project teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored testing strategies for each implementation
Oversee quality across diverse client implementations while ensuring consistent excellence and optimal user experiences
Contribute to the development and evolution of SCAYLE Agency's testing framework and automated testing strategy across client projects
Act as a quality advocate within cross-functional agency teams, promoting best practices and driving continuous improvement across multiple client engagements
Coordinate testing efforts across parallel client projects to ensure successful delivery of high-quality features within agency timelines
Support holistic testing approaches across the full technology stack, understanding how frontend integrations connect with SCAYLE's backend systems and third-party services
Adapt testing strategies to accommodate varying client requirements, brand guidelines, and technical specifications

5+ years of experience in QA and frontend testing, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment.
Hands-on skills in manual, exploratory, destructive, and automated testing methods.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser DevTools, and REST APIs.
Strong root-cause analysis skills to figure out why bugs happen, not just report them.
Ability to translate technical problems into clear business impact and actionable steps for clients and engineers.
Proven track record using Jira, Confluence, and agile workflows across multiple concurrent projects.
Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for user experience, performance, and brand consistency.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with web accessibility (a11y) standards and testing
Understanding of international e-commerce setup, like multi-language, multi-currency, and regional regulations.
