We are looking for a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to step up, lead from the front, and drive operational success at our beautiful Dee Why location! Its a 10 min walk to the beach and with public transport at your door step.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the Line: Run high-volume shifts with energy, ensuring food quality, speed, and safety standards are perfect every day.
- Develop Crew: Supercharge team performance through active coaching, onboarding, and structured training.
- Own the Numbers: Assist with inventory management, food costing, stock control, and labor optimization.
- Guest Experience: Lead by example to create a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere that makes every customer love us.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Prior leadership experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
- Communication: Exceptional people skills with the natural ability to inspire and motivate a young team.
- Attitude: A "can-do" work ethic, high emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for food.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, nights, and weekends.
