We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and are open to discuss flexible work options to help you balance your work and home life.Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Ireland Team where you will be accountable for providing transactional account management support and guidance to our dealer partners at every stage of their journey to build sustainable long lasting relationships.Working between the sales and operations teams our ideal team member will have previous experience in providing transactional support with account and proposal queries, evolving dealer partner needs and focused dealer funding support with excellent written and verbal communication skills.RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively aiding our dealer partners with transactional business and commercial related queries and operational efficiencies (e-mail or telephone) Proactively engaging with the sales Business Development Managers to optimise the dealer partner experience and commercial performance Professionally replying to dealer calls and maintaining strong relationships Utilising Salesforce.com (CRM) to enrich dealer partner data to boost sales activities Managing the dealer onboarding process at 30, 60 and 90 day stages Bring new ideas to existing operational processes, primarily to streamline current processes and improve processes where appropriate Adhering to set sales and operations policies and procedures Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE: The ability to interact and speak with operation & sales teams and where applicable customers and dealers An ability to think creatively and demonstrate curiosity and drive to self-learn and solve problems in new and innovative ways Strong attention to detailIT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE: A working knowledge of the SOPRA & VAS products and systems or alternative unit stocking and auditing platforms Background in Motor Finance or a similar secured asset lending environment Experience with Excel and data mining toolsWe are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
