このポジションの役割

Associate Market Researcherは、Salesforceを取り巻くIT・AI・SaaS市場の最新動向を継続的にリサーチし、社内の意思決定やビジネス活動を支えるマーケット・インテリジェンスチームのポジションです。

主な業務は、国内外のIT関連ニュースや製品発表の調査、イベント・カンファレンス情報の収集とレポート作成、社内ダッシュボードや既存コンテンツの更新、社内AIエージェントのナレッジ更新です。情報収集や整理には、SlackbotやClaudeといったAIツールも活用します。

入社時点で高度な専門知識は必要ありません。チームのサポートのもと、まずは情報収集や既存コンテンツの更新から担当いただき、徐々に担当範囲を広げていくことができます。業務はタスク単位に分解し、進め方を相談しながら柔軟に調整します。オンライン・非同期でのコミュニケーションを基本とします。

主な業務内容

IT・SaaS市場の最新情報のリサーチ

• 国内外のSaaSベンダー・AI企業・IT企業に関するニュース・製品発表・サービスアップデート・事例などを、各社のWebサイト・ニュースリリース・ブログ・SNSなどから継続的に収集する。
• GartnerやIDCなどのアナリストによる調査レポートから、市場や顧客の動向に関する情報を収集する。
• 上記で収集した情報の中から、Salesforceのビジネスに関連する重要なトピックを抽出・整理し、チーム内に共有する。
• SlackbotやClaudeなどのAIツールを活用することで、リサーチプロセスの効率化を推進する。

イベント・カンファレンスを通じた市場調査

• オンラインで開催されるウェビナーや製品発表イベントを視聴し、要点を整理する。
• 必要に応じて、国内のIT・AI・SaaS関連の展示会やセミナーに参加し、市場トレンドや競合企業の最新動向を調査する。
• 収集した情報をもとに、チームメンバーと相談しながら社内向けの簡潔なレポートを作成する。

社内データ・ダッシュボード・コンテンツの運用・更新サポート

• 市場・顧客・競合・商談などに関する社内ダッシュボードを定期的に確認し、GoogleスプレッドシートやTableau等を使って必要なデータの更新・集計を行う。
• チームメンバーが定期的に作成するレポート（例: 四半期ごとの競合動向サマリなど）について、データ準備などの資料作成サポートを行う。
• チームが過去に作成した各種コンテンツについて、Salesforceとしての最新情報になっているかどうかを定期的に確認し、担当者と連携して、フォーマットやリンクの確認と修正、情報の更新を行う。

社内AIエージェントの運用・メンテナンス

• 既存のAIエージェントについて、定期的に回答の精度・品質を確認する（テストの実施、古い情報や誤りのチェックなど）。問題が見つかった場合は、担当者と連携して修正対応を行う。
• AIエージェントが回答できる範囲を広げるために、新しい製品発表や市場動向を踏まえ、AIエージェントに追加すべきナレッジ・コンテンツを担当者と洗い出し、登録・反映のサポートを行う。

必須要件

※実務経験は問いません。未経験からのご応募も歓迎します。

• 日本語での基本的なビジネスコミュニケーション能力（読み・書き中心。業務はオンライン・非同期でのやりとりが基本です）
• 社内外の関係者と協力しながら業務を進める調整力
• 細部への注意力と、任された業務を計画的に進める力
• 特に（個人ではなく）企業におけるAIなどの新しいテクノロジーや業務アプリケーションなどの市場動向に興味・関心があり、AIツールを使った新しい働き方や業務の進め方を自分なりに考えてみたい方
