Pier One Sydney Harbour is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and professional Full-Time Bartender to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love crafting exceptional drinks with flair, this is your chance to shine in one of Sydney’s most iconic waterfront venues.
As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience—serving up expertly crafted beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean, stylish bar environment. Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and warm hospitality will help create memorable moments for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
- Open and serve wine and champagne bottles with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of the bar and surrounding areas
- Stock and replenish supplies including ice, glassware, and garnishes
- Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift banking duties
- Secure all alcohol and bar equipment at the end of each shift
- Follow RSA and safety guidelines at all times
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Current NSW RSA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including public holidays, evenings and weekends
