• Job ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
  • Proactively identify, research, and engage target accounts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities generated through outbound efforts.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns tailored to specific industries, personas, and use cases.
  • Use CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and data providers to source and prioritize leads.
  • Use AI-enabled research and sales tools to support account research, prioritize prospects, and develop personalized outreach, validating insights before using them in customer engagement.
• Sales Execution & Performance
  • Own the full outbound sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach volume, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and revenue targets.
  • Run structured discovery calls to uncover customer pain points, decision processes, and buying criteria.
  • Deliver compelling product positioning and handle objections effectively.
  • Where relevant to the product portfolio, identify customer use cases for AI-enabled solutions and connect product capabilities to business needs and expected value.
• Account-Based Selling & Strategy
  • Build account plans for high-value prospects and engage multiple stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers, crafting personalized engagement strategies.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and campaign performance.
  • Use customer, market, and AI-enabled insights to strengthen account plans and identify relevant opportunities for engagement.
• Collaboration & Feedback
  • Partner with marketing on outbound campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.
  • Provide feedback on target segments, ideal customer profile refinement, and competitive insights.
  • Work closely with product and leadership teams to share market signals from outbound efforts.
• Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.
  • Experiment with new outreach techniques, messaging approaches, and tools to improve conversion rates.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools and automation to support outreach, follow-up, and campaign analysis, assessing their impact on productivity and conversion.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting.
