Build and govern Acosta Group’s GBS knowledge infrastructure for its dual-hub GCC. Owns the SOP library, process map governance, RACI documentation, knowledge repository, and GCC knowledge transfer — ensuring no process migrates without a complete, signed-off documentation package This role is responsible for leading the Global Business Services (GBS) knowledge management and process documentation strategy, ensuring critical business knowledge is captured, standardized, and accessible across the organization.
The position oversees the development and governance of SOP libraries, process maps, RACI frameworks, and knowledge repositories, while supporting large-scale shared services and GCC transition initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders and functional stakeholders, the incumbent drives knowledge transfer, operational readiness, process excellence, and AI-enabled transformation efforts that enhance service delivery, reduce risk, and accelerate organizational performance.
Ideal candidates bring deep experience in GBS, shared services, or enterprise transformation environments, with strong expertise in process documentation, knowledge management, governance, and cross-functional change leadership.
