Own the simplify-before-migrate mandate for Acosta’s GBS transformation. Lead end-to-end process redesign across all GCC-bound function families. No process is cleared for wave transition without Process Excellence Lead sign-off.
Directly conditions value realization and AI/automation program success. This leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide process excellence, standardization, and transformation across Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Capability Center (GCC) operations. The position leads process assessments, redesign initiatives, migration readiness, and continuous improvement programs, ensuring processes are simplified, optimized, and automation-ready before transition.
Partnering with senior leaders and Global Process Owners, the incumbent establishes future-state operating models, delivers measurable productivity improvements, and builds a culture of operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, and data-driven decision making. Ideal candidates bring deep experience in shared services, GCC transformations, process redesign, and leading high-performing teams in complex, global organizations.
