In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market intelligence, talent mapping, and recruitment insights that support informed decision-making
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage both active and passive talent
Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Champion inclusive hiring practices and contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
Leverage recruitment analytics and market data to drive continuous improvement and hiring effectiveness
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives that strengthen Cummins' position as an employer of choice
Manage offer negotiations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Build strong relationships across multiple countries, functions, and leadership teams throughout APAC
