The Director, AI Transformation is an AI-first technical leader responsible for defining and driving the HTCS AI strategy and converting it into deployed, scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes. The role will establish, operationalize, and scale enterprise AI initiatives, working closely with SBG leaders, Engineering, Digital/AI teams, IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholders. This is an Individual Contributor role that leads through technical credibility, influence, and end-to-end ownership rather than direct people management.

The Director of Artificial Intelligence will be responsible for defining and executing on Honeywell’s strategic vision for artificial intelligence technologies
