Shape the Future of the Food & Beverage Industry
For our new F&B United Division, we are looking for a sales-driven professional based in Thessaloniki, Greece, who will provide holistic support to food and beverage industry customers across Northern Greece and build long-term partnerships.
In this role, you will advise customers on hygiene, cleaning and sanitation solutions while developing your expertise in industrial water treatment. Working closely with our application engineers and technical specialists, you will help customers safeguard food safety, use resources efficiently and achieve sustainable improvements.
The position combines established Food & Beverage sales responsibilities with exciting development opportunities in water treatment.
What You Will Do
- Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer and finding new clients in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales.
- Provide technical support to customers; identifying opportunities to improve water, energy, and resource efficiency.
- Conduct customer training sessions, presentations, and technical consultations.
- Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, service and application teams.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, environmental, mechanical, industrial), chemistry or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in technical sales and account management.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or a comparable industrial environment.
- Strong customer and service orientation, together with effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Interest in developing professional expertise in industrial water treatment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial water treatment or related technical markets.
- Knowledge of processing water, cooling water or boiler water systems.
- Experience selling technical complex solutions that require detailed explanation and consultation.
- Knowledge of sustainability, water efficiency or energy efficiency.
