The Spa Professional performs professional nail and/or aesthetic services. Must possess a thorough knowledge of nail and/or aesthetic theory. Demonstrates excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills.
Proven ability to master product and service knowledge, and willingness to train on Mayo Clinic’s specific service offerings and protocols. Must be friendly, enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills to provide beauty solutions and deliver superb customer service to patients and guests from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrates spa industry knowledge, remains up to date on the latest nail, esthetic, and cosmetics trends and is skilled in sales and retail tactics specific to the spa industry.
Comfortable meeting sales goals for services and retail products. May assist with desk functions, operational support or work on special projects as delegated by management.
