Job Purpose

The Senior Marketing Executive, Microsoft supports the planning, execution, and optimisation of Microsoft marketing initiatives across Europe, driving country engagement, campaign performance, and business growth in alignment with TD SYNNEX and Microsoft objectives.

This role combines campaign management, stakeholder coordination, performance tracking, and operational excellence to ensure marketing

investments deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management

• Support the delivery of annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, email, events, and partner channels.
• Drive demand generation, partner engagement, and revenue growth.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Country Success Management

• Act as the central point of contact for country marketing teams.
• Drive adoption, engagement, and consistent execution of Microsoft marketing programs.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and share best practices across markets.

Commercial & Performance Management

• Support budget management and performance tracking.
• Measure campaign success through KPI, pipeline, and ROI analysis.
• Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to support future investment decisions.

Campaign Success & Operational Excellence

• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and quality control processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in marketing operations and execution.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor requirements, and regulations.
• Support proof of execution, funding documentation, reporting, and supplier management processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Experience

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience within technology, distribution, IT channel, or related industries.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with vendors, partners, and sales teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience measuring performance through ROI, pipeline, and business metrics.

• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Professional marketing qualifications are advantageous.
