As a CNC Manufacturing Engineer within our Flexibles Manufacturing team, you will implement engineering concepts, manage technical aspects of manufacturing, and develop both new and existing product lines. You will support high‑quality, cost‑effective production while reducing environmental impact, and champion continuous improvement through lean methodologies. This hands‑on role involves close collaboration with shop‑floor staff, engineering, and manufacturing groups, with clear pathways for career progression and personal development.
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our Flexibles Manufacturing team in Glenrothes. You will support and develop manufacturing processes and product lines, driving improvements in quality, efficiency, cost, sustainability and lean production. Working closely with shop-floor, engineering and manufacturing teams, you will also have opportunities for ongoing development and career progression.
