Field Service Engineer

Key requirements:
- Valid driver’s License
- Relocate to Toowoomba
- Previous experience in a maintenance or technical service role, beneficial.
- Ability to read, review, and interpret maintenance and repair manuals, installation drawings and follow NOV procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel interstate or internationally on short notice.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, as required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities: - Install, maintain, repair equipment and systems provided by NOV for various types of drilling rigs. - Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting efficiently, either on site or remotely - Collaborate with clients and provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and offering recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements. - Complete service reports and track inventory accurately - Deliver high quality service in line with NOV safety and operational standards - Stay updated with industry advancements and new technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
