We are seeking an RN Care Team Leader (CTL) to:

Be a front-line nursing leader with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Previous OR experience is required.
Assess unit needs and ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts, collaborate with other departments (both clinical and non-clinical), and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred

Work Experience

OR experience is Required
2 years relevant nursing experience Required
3 years relevant nursing experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin Required
CPR certification Required
National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
