We are looking for a highly driven and dynamic Associate Manager – Business Development to lead our growth initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, and managing key customer accounts to ensure sustainable long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Identify and research potential growth opportunities, craft compelling proposals, negotiate and close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
- Leverage business tools and systems, including CRM, to track and manage client interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM database.
- Collaborate across teams to design and implement effective growth and retention strategies.
- Utilize sales data analysis to inform and enhance marketing and sales strategies.
- Prepare business plans, presentations, and sales materials as needed to support initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects within timelines and deliverables.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional engagement and service.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, company policies, and operational excellence throughout the sales and delivery process.
