Job Description

We are hiring for a Chef at Shirehall, Gloucester. Catering for the staff restaurant and cafe, making fresh food on a daily basis from our rolling three week menu. This role is working full time Monday-Friday, all year round, NOT term time.

• £14.21 per hour 
• 25 hours per week working Monday – Friday
• 9:15-2:15
• Experience preferred

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
• To support your line manager with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
