SUMMARY
We are adding a Content Marketing Specialist to the Teleport Next Day (TNX) regional marketing team to help more businesses discover, understand, and ultimately choose Teleport Next Day.
Your focus will be on building a content engine that grows awareness and generates demand across the customer journey – from being discovered through search or an ad, to landing on our website, signing up, and eventually becoming a customer.
This is not a role where success is measured by how much content gets published. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Commercial, and regional teams to understand our customers, identify what matters to them, and turn those insights into content that drives measurable business outcomes.
Your core areas of ownership will include:
- Website, SEO & AEO: Building useful, high-intent content that helps businesses discover Teleport Next Day through traditional search and AI-powered discovery.
- Paid Content: Developing and continuously improving ad creative – from hooks and messaging angles to copy, scripts, and visual direction – to help generate qualified leads efficiently.
- Email Content: Creating nurture campaigns and lifecycle content that move prospects from interest to action, while partnering with the relevant teams on technical setup and deployment.
- Growth Content Support: Developing the collateral, case studies, partnership content and other assets needed to help Marketing and Commercial teams create and convert demand.
Most importantly, you need to be comfortable moving between content and performance. You should be equally interested in what makes a story compelling and whether that story actually generated traffic, clicks, sign-ups or leads.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Every day is different, but your time will generally go toward building and improving the content that powers Teleport Next Day's growth.
- Build the Website Growth Engine: Plan and create landing pages, articles, guides, case studies and other high-intent website content. You will apply SEO and AEO best practices so Teleport Next Day is discoverable when businesses are actively looking for shipping solutions.
- Turn Search Intent into Action: Look beyond rankings and traffic. Work with the team to improve how content, messaging and conversion journeys move visitors toward sign-up, enquiry and first shipment.
- Create Paid Content That Performs: Partner with Performance Marketing to develop new hooks, messaging angles, ad copy, scripts and creative concepts across paid channels. Review performance regularly and turn the learnings into the next round of creative.
- Build Nurture Journeys: Develop email themes, messaging and campaigns that educate prospects, answer common objections and keep Teleport Next Day top of mind until they are ready to ship. You will own the content and journey thinking, rather than the technical CRM setup.
- Support Growth Opportunities: Develop content for partnerships, sales collateral, campaign launches and other growth initiatives when the business needs them — while ensuring everything tells a consistent TNX story.
- Optimise, Not Just Publish: Use data from website, search, email and paid campaigns to understand what's working, what isn't, and what should change. You are expected to proactively recommend improvements rather than wait for the next brief.
- Launch Faster with AI: Use AI as part of your everyday workflow to accelerate research, ideation, optimisation and content production — helping the team test more ideas and move from brief to live content faster without compromising quality.
Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of experience in content, growth or digital marketing, ideally in B2B, eCommerce, logistics or SaaS.
- Growth mindset: You create content to drive measurable outcomes, not just traffic or output.
- Strong writing skills: You can make complex products clear, compelling and easy to understand.
- SEO and content fundamentals: You understand search intent, on-page SEO and how content supports conversion.
- Paid and lifecycle content experience: You can write ad copy, develop creative angles and create email content that moves prospects to action.
- Commercial curiosity: You want to understand customer needs, objections and buying decisions.
- Data-driven approach: You use metrics such as traffic, CTR, conversion rate and leads to improve your work.
- Strong English proficiency with excellent attention to tone, structure and detail.
- Bonus: Experience in Southeast Asian markets, logistics, cross-border eCommerce, SME marketing or performance marketing.
